Terrorist Attack: A major terrorist attack has taken place in Iran, Sunni Baloch group Jaish-al-Adl has targeted three military posts in South-East Iran. Three army soldiers and 10 other people are reported to have been killed in this attack. These attacks took place in Chabahar, Rusk and Sarbaz of Iran. On Thursday morning, Iran’s Deputy Minister of Interior Majid Mirhamadi told the media that Iran’s law enforcement headquarters in Chabahar and the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) base in Rusk were targeted. Both these places are in Sistan and Baluchistan province.
Mirhamadi said that in order to stop the security forces, the terrorists continuously attacked the security forces along the nearby road, but due to the action of the security forces, the terrorists failed to enter the bases of the Revolutionary Guards. Mirhamadi has termed this incident as terrorist, and also said that one terrorist has been killed in it and the clash is continuing till Thursday morning. Iran’s army has surrounded the terrorists. He told that in Chabahar also one terrorist was killed and many others were injured.

Mirhamadi said that three security forces, including two IRGC members and a law enforcement agent, were killed in this terrorist attack. Meanwhile, Iran’s government media reported that a police station has been attacked in Chabahar, in this incident the terrorists killed Deputy Chief Officer Abbas Mir. Jaish-al-Adl has carried out several attacks in Iran in the last few years. Sunni terrorists mostly target IRGC positions. There have been several bombings and there have also been reports of kidnappings of security forces.
